Emotionally Focused Therapy

  • EFT is a structured, attachment-based approach that helps individuals, couples, and families deepen emotional connection and build secure, supportive relationships. By exploring underlying emotions and patterns, EFT fosters greater understanding, healing, and lasting change in how people relate to themselves and others.

Internal Family Systems

  • IFS is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps people understand and heal their inner world. It views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own role and perspective. By connecting with these parts from a calm, curious place, clients can release burdens, restore balance, and access their core Self.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • ACT is a mindfulness-based approach that helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings, connect with their values, and take meaningful action. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, ACT supports building a rich, fulfilling life by fostering psychological flexibility and self-compassion.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps people heal from distressing memories and experiences. It uses guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation such as butterfly tapping to help the brain process and release emotional pain, reducing the intensity of past events and supporting lasting healing.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

  • ART is a brief, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and resolve trauma and distressing memories in a short period of time. Using eye movements and guided visualization, ART allows the brain to replace painful images and sensations with more peaceful ones—often bringing relief in just a few sessions. ART stems from EMDR and is most often used for single incidents of trauma. These sessions are typically 90 minutes in length.
